Integrative Therapy
Integrative Therapy refers to the use of multiple types of therapy to help an individual. Integrative therapists are not grounded in one school of thought, rather they tailor their therapy according to the needs and nature of the client. An integrative therapist is different from an eclectic therapist in that integrative therapists are more concerned about why a therapy worked for a client, whereas an eclectic therapist might just be satisfied that a client is having positive results.
